During the 2011 WWDC (Worldwide Developers Conference) taking place from June 6 to 10 in San Francisco, US, Steve Jobs and his fellow executives from Apple unveiled some big things like a new web-based storage system called iCloud and new software for the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch as well as Mac computers.

 

iCloud

iCloud which allows users to store documents, photos, music, contacts, calendars and email online, is considered as the biggest thing revealed by Apple at the 2011 WWDC. All users’ information will be backed up in iCloud daily. The iCloud is free and users can get 5 GB of storage for documents.

The Apple’s new Mac software named Lion, which borrowed some features from iOS like app display and touch gestures, will be available for download through the Mac App Store with $30
